KISD School Mascot & Logo Questionnaire

The Woodward Creative Group team is excited to begin the rebranding project for your school! To help us better understand your school’s unique identity and goals, we’ve prepared this questionnaire. Please complete the form and submit it prior to our scheduled TEAMS call so that we have time to review. Any questions you have can be addressed during that call, so we encourage you to share your thoughts as fully as possible. Your input is key to creating a brand that elevates pride and truly reflects your school community.
